    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 16-25-75 SO AS TO CREATE THE OFFENSE OF CRIMINAL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN THE PRESENCE OF A CHILD AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES; AND TO AMEND SECTION 20-7-490, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE DEFINITION OF CHILD ABUSE OR NEGLECT, SO AS TO INCLUDE IN THE DEFINITION THE OFFENSE OF CRIMINAL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN THE PRESENCE OF A CHILD.
