WOODS MEMORIAL BRIDGE IN DOWNTOWN BEAUFORT, SOUTH CAROLINA, AND TO CREATE THE WOODS BRIDGE STUDY COMMITTEE TO EXAMINE THE BRIDGE'S LIFESPAN AND CONDITION AND TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON POTENTIAL PLANS OR REPLACEMENT OPTIONS IN ORDER TO BEST PRESERVE THE HISTORIC LANDMARK.
