    A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THAT LOCAL SCHOOL BOARDS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2001-2002 MAY EXCUSE UP TO THREE SCHOOL DAYS MISSED BECAUSE OF SNOW, ICE, OR INCLEMENT WEATHER, TO PROVIDE THAT ALL OTHER SCHOOL DAYS MISSED BECAUSE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER MUST BE MADE UP, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE MANNER IN WHICH AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH SUCH DAYS SHALL BE MADE UP.
