    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 41-1-12 SO AS TO PROVIDE AN EMPLOYER REQUIRED BY THE NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD TO POST NOTICE OF THE RIGHTS OF EMPLOYEES CONCERNING UNION ACTIVITY ALSO SHALL POST NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES OF CERTAIN RELATED RIGHTS IN A SPECIFIC MANNER.
