H 4509 General Bill, By Harrison
    A Bill to amend Section 11-35-3245, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the prohibition on an architect or engineer performing design work on a contract awarded pursuant to the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code from performing other work on the project as a contractor or subcontractor either directly or as a member of a firm in which he has a greater than five percent interest, so as to extend the prohibition to construction managers.
