    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-29-136 so as to provide the procedure for disclosing a person's sexually transmitted disease test results to law enforcement officials and criminal prosecutors; and to amend Section 44-29-145, relating to the prohibition for exposing others to human immunodeficiency virus, so as to provide additional prohibitions.
