    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-1-560 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES SHALL ASSIGN ONE PERSON TO PROVIDE DRIVER SERVICES TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST SIXTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE IN EACH OF ITS FIELD OFFICES.
