    A Bill to amend Section 11-35-1520, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to competitive sealed bidding for purposes of the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code, so as to lower from fifty thousand dollars to five thousand dollars the total value of a contract for which notice must be given to all bidders responding to the agency's solicitation that a certain bidder is the lowest and responsive bidder on the contract.
