    A Bill to amend Section 7-13-1371, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the instructions for ballot cards which are used in conjunction with optical scanning devices, so as to delete provisions which require a ballot card used during a Presidential election or primary to be designed so that the front of the card contains only the instructions for voting for President and the names of the Presidential candidates.
