    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 12-6-3550 SO AS TO ALLOW A STATE CORPORATE INCOME TAX CREDIT FOR EXPENSES INCURRED BY A TAXPAYER IN CLEANING UP A SITE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 7, CHAPTER 56, TITLE 44 OF THE 1976 CODE, THE BROWNFIELD VOLUNTARY CLEANUP ACT, TO PROVIDE THE AMOUNT OF THE CREDIT, THOSE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE IT, AND THE PROCEDURES NECESSARY TO CLAIM THE CREDIT.
