    A Bill to amend Section 7-3-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the State Election Commission, so as to prohibit an officer in an organization using the name of or organized on the behalf of a certified political party from serving as an election commissioner; to amend Section 7-5-10, relating to county boards of registration, so as to prohibit an officer in an organization using the name of or organized on behalf of a certified political party from serving as a member on the county board of registration; and to amend Section 7-13-70, relating to a county election commission, so as to prohibit an officer in an organization using the name of or organized on behalf of a certified political party from serving as a county election commissioner.
