    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 40-60-75 so as to grant an exemption to certain persons from the educational and examination requirements of Section 40-60-70(B) for the state-licensed real estate appraiser classification, to withhold the exemption under certain circumstances, and to authorize the South Carolina Real Estate Appraisers Board to modify the provisions of Section 40-60-75 to bring it into conformity with guidelines or rulings established by the appraisal subcommittee.
