    A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THAT UP TO TWO TEACHER IN-SERVICE TRAINING DAYS FOR TEACHERS OF ANY SCHOOL IN ORANGEBURG CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT 4 FOR SCHOOL YEAR 1999-2000 WHICH WERE MISSED DUE TO HURRICANE FLOYD ARE FORGIVEN AND ARE EXEMPTED FROM THE MAKE-UP REQUIREMENT OF THE DEFINED MINIMUM PLAN THAT SCHOOL DAYS MISSED DUE TO EXTREME WEATHER OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES BE MADE UP.
