A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 61-9-160 so as to make it unlawful for a business establishment selling gasoline or other motor fuels and which possesses a permit to sell beer and wine to sell refrigerated or chilled beer and wine, to make it unlawful for such establishments to sell fewer than six separate containers of beer to one customer, and to provide a penalty for violations.
