    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 9-1-1515, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO EARLY SERVICE RETIREMENT ALLOWED MEMBERS OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA RETIREMENT SYSTEM WHO HAVE ATTAINED AGE FIFTY-FIVE AND WHO HAVE AT LEAST TWENTY-FIVE YEARS OF CREDITABLE SERVICE, SO AS TO REDUCE THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR THIS EARLY RETIREMENT TO FIFTY YEARS.
