    A Bill to amend Section 61-3-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to restricted employment and activities of members of the Alcoholic Beverage Commission, so as to provide that no member of the Commission may hold any other position of trust or profit and require that a member of the Commission shall devote his entire time to the duties of the office; and provide that the amendment to this Section applies to Commissioners appointed after July 1, 1990.
