H 4649 General Bill, By Townsend
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-29-95 so as to provide that beginning with the 1994-95 school year, applied academic courses in mathematics, science, and communication skills are considered equivalent to those courses which meet precollege curriculum requirements in order for applicants to four-year post-secondary institutions to receive advance standing or credit at such institutions.
