    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 61-4-125 SO AS TO MAKE IT UNLAWFUL FOR A BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT SELLING GASOLINE OR OTHER MOTOR FUELS AND WHICH POSSESSES A PERMIT TO SELL BEER AND WINE TO SELL REFRIGERATED OR CHILLED BEER AND WINE, TO SELL INDIVIDUAL CANS OR BOTTLES OF BEER, TO SELL MORE THAN ONE CONTAINER OF MULTIPLE BEERS TO A CUSTOMER AT ONE TIME.
