    A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 6-1-970, RELATING TO EXEMPTIONS FROM IMPACT FEES, SO AS TO EXEMPT THE PURCHASE OF RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES ASSESSED AT FOUR PERCENT IF THE PURCHASER HAD ANOTHER SIMILAR RESIDENCE WITHIN THE SAME SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE PREVIOUS FIFTEEN YEARS.
