A Bill to amend Section 1-7-310, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to election of Solicitors, so as to require that each Judicial Circuit, for purposes of electing Solicitors, may not have a population variance of more than ten percent according to the latest federal decennial census, and to require the General Assembly to reapportion each Judicial Circuit before the first Thursday in June of the year in which the latest federal decennial census is adopted by the General Assembly.
