    A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THAT THE SCHOOL DAYS MISSED ON JANUARY 28, 29, AND 30, 2014, AND FEBRUARY 12 AND 13, 2014, BY THE STUDENTS OF ORANGEBURG SCHOOL DISTRICT 4 WHEN ITS SCHOOLS WERE CLOSED DUE TO SNOW ARE EXEMPT FROM THE MAKE-UP REQUIREMENT THAT FULL SCHOOL DAYS MISSED DUE TO SNOW, EXTREME WEATHER, OR OTHER DISRUPTIONS BE MADE UP.
