A Bill to amend Act 1201 of 1968, as amended, relating to the Lexington County Recreation Commission, so as to decrease from five to four the terms of a member of the Commission, provide that a member may not serve more than two consecutive terms, provide that a member serving on July 1, 1994, may serve until the expiration of the term for which he was elected and may serve two additional terms, and provide that any member may be removed by the appointing authority for the neglect of duty, misconduct, or malfeasance in office after being given a written statement of reasons and an opportunity to be heard.-amended title
