Ballenger, Circuit Judge of the Tenth Judicial Circuit whose term expires June 30, 1994; to elect a successor to the Honorable Thomas B. Barrineau, Jr., Family Court Judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit whose term expires June 30, 1996; and to elect a Chief Judge of the Administrative Law Judge Division from Seat 1 and judges of the Administration Law Judge Division from Seats 2 and 3.
