MEMORIAL HIGHWAY" AND ERECT APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS ALONG THIS HIGHWAY THAT CONTAIN THE WORDS "LIEUTENANT GENERAL HENRY DOCTOR, JR. MEMORIAL HIGHWAY".
