H 4711 General Bill, By Lanford, B.O. Baker, K.S. Corbett, Davenport, T.L. Farr, M.F. Jaskwhich, C.C. Wells and S.S. Wofford
    A Bill to require the owner of a real property on which are situated two or more inoperable motor vehicles to enclose the vehicles in a building or buildings on the property or to screen the vehicles from sight, to provide for the nature of the screening, and to provide a penalty for failure to comply with this Act.
