    A Bill to amend Chapter 55, Title 44, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to water, sewerage, and waste disposals by adding Article 8 so as to provide for the licensing of persons engaged in the business of installing or servicing septic tanks, to require these persons to maintain certain records, and to provide penalties for violations.
