    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 1-11-273 so as to provide that no personal use of state-owned vehicles is permitted except for commuting purposes under unavoidable circumstances, to require reimbursement to the State when a state-owned vehicle is used for commuting purposes, and to provide exceptions.
