    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 53-5-15 so as to provide that institutions of higher education that follow academic schedules may establish legal holidays for their employees different from those provided by law so long as the total number of holidays in any calendar year does not exceed the total number of legal holidays allowed.
