S 0477 General Bill, By Holland, Moore and Wilson
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 7-13-772, so as to require a person who assists a voter in preparing his ballot to complete a "voter's request for assistance form", provide what must be included in the form, who must maintain the completed forms, and the procedure for handling the forms in case of a protest.
