    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-61-160 so as to provide that with the consent of the parents and the emergency medical services unit, a minor may be a junior member of the unit and may accompany unit personnel on calls and when doing so is a member of the unit for insurance purposes.
