    A Joint Resolution to exempt certain outdoor advertising signs from removal and penalties for one hundred twenty days in order to allow permits to be issued by the South Carolina Department of Highways and Public Transportation and to amend Section 57-25-140, relating to signs permitted along interstate highways, so as to exempt temporary agricultural, political, and special event signs from permit requirements.
