    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-63-97 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE CERTAIN SCHOOL PERSONNEL TO ADMINISTER MIDAZOLAM INTRANASALLY TO STUDENTS WITH A SEIZURE CONDITION; AND TO PROVIDE FOR IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY WITH REGARD TO ADMINISTRATION OF MIDAZOLAM.
