H 4923 General Bill, By J.G. Felder and Harvin
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Article 5 to Chapter 9, Title 23 so as to provide for the State Fire Marshal Board of Appeals and its members and powers; to amend Section 23-9-150, relating to buildings declared to be unsafe by the State Fire Marshal, so as to provide for an administrative review by the State Fire Marshal and for appeals from decisions of the State Fire Marshal to the State Fire Marshal Board of Appeals instead of to courts of competent jurisdiction; and to provide for the appointment and terms of the initial members of the Board.
