    A Bill to amend Section 44-7-130, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions used in the State Certification of Need and Health Facility Licensure Act, so as to define intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded or persons with related conditions; to amend Section 44-7-260, as amended, relating to the requirements for licensure of the facilities, so as to provide for the requirements to apply to the intermediate care facilities defined in this Act.
