    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-2205, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the provision that certain juvenile offenders must not be committed to a Department of Juvenile Justice correctional institution or to a secure evaluation center operated by the Department so as to make the prohibition by this Section applicable to children found in contempt of court for violation of a court order related to certain misconduct or violations of law.
