    A Concurrent Resolution to direct the State Department of Education to compile a list of state and local regulations imposed on schools which it considers as unnecessarily burdensome, and to provide that the findings of the Department shall be reported to the General Assembly by January 1, 1995, and must include recommendations to eliminate out-dated, duplicative, or unnecessary regulations imposed on schools.
