    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 15-78-60, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO IMMUNITY UNDER THE TORT CLAIMS ACT, SO AS TO PROVIDE CIVIL LIABILITY IMMUNITY FOR A LOSS RESULTING FROM CERTAIN DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING COUNCIL; AND TO AMEND SECTION 23-23-90, RELATING TO INTERNAL DOCUMENTS OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING COUNCIL, SO AS TO CLARIFY THAT AN ACTION MAY NOT BE BROUGHT BASED ON CERTAIN DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING COUNCIL UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.
