H 5029 General Bill, By R.A. Kohn
    A Bill to amend Section 38-77-950, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to unreasonable or excessive use of the Reinsurance Facility by an automobile insurance insurer, so as to revise certain circumstances which constitute a prima facie case of unreasonable or excessive utilization of the facility by an insurer; and to revise other terms and conditions relating to the manner in which automobile insurance is written in this State.
