    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO REQUEST THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO NAME THE PORTION OF INTERSTATE 85 WHICH IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS BUSINESS I-85 IN SPARTANBURG COUNTY AS THE "RICHARD E. TUKEY VETERANS EXPRESSWAY" AND INSTALL APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS ALONG THE INTERSTATE CONTAINING THE WORDS "RICHARD E. TUKEY VETERANS EXPRESSWAY" IN RECOGNITION OF THE DISTINGUISHED COMBAT RECORD AND SERVICE OF RICHARD E. TUKEY AND IN HONOR OF THE DISTINGUISHED SERVICE OF SPARTANBURG CITIZENS WHO HAVE SERVED HONORABLY IN THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES IN PEACE AND IN WAR.
