S 0504 General Bill, By Peeler and Giese
    A Bill to amend Section 22-1-60, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the requirement that magistrates issue receipts for all monies paid and collected, so as to require the governing body of a county wherein a magistrate is located to cause an audit at least once every four years of all funds received and disbursed by the magistrate.
