    A Bill to amend Section 38-43-106, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to continuing education requirements for insurance agents, and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 38-47-90, so as to provide that such continuing education requirements also apply to persons licensed as adjusters, including applicants for such licensure, pursuant to Chapter 47 of Title 38, and require the Chief Insurance Commissioner to promulgate appropriate regulations.
