    A BILL TO AMEND ACT 1090 OF 1972, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO BAMBERG-EHRHARDT SCHOOL DISTRICT ONE AND DENMARK-OLAR SCHOOL DISTRICT TWO OF BAMBERG COUNTY, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT MEMBERS OF BOARDS OF TRUSTEES OF THESE DISTRICTS MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE SCHOOL DISTRICTS' STAFF INSURANCE PROGRAM AND RECEIVE FRINGE BENEFITS OFFERED TO SCHOOL DISTRICT EMPLOYEES IN ADDITION TO RECEIVING THEIR ANNUAL SALARY.
