A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL SHALL CONDUCT, OR CAUSE TO BE CONDUCTED, BY A QUALIFIED OUTSIDE ENTITY, A FEASIBILITY STUDY CONCERNING THE MOST EFFICIENT AND COST-EFFECTIVE MANNER IN WHICH TO PROVIDE CLEAN DRINKING WATER TO THE RESIDENTS OF WADMALAW ISLAND IN CHARLESTON COUNTY WITHOUT THE USE OF WELLS WITH THE POTENTIAL OF CONTAMINATION.
