    A Bill to amend Act 777 of 1988, relating to the establishment of the Lancaster County School District, so as to provide that a statement of candidacy for election to the district board must be filed no later than the first day of September preceding the election rather than forty-five days before the election and to provide that when September first is a Sunday, the statement must be filed by noon of the following Monday.
