HIGHWAY" IN MEMORY OF AN OUTSTANDING AGRICULTURIST AND LEADER IN THE FARMING COMMUNITY, AND TO REQUEST THE DEPARTMENT TO ERECT APPROPRIATE SIGNS AND MARKERS REFLECTING THIS DESIGNATION.
