    A Bill to provide for single-member election districts from which the members of the Boards of Trustees of York School District No. 1, Clover District No. 2, Rock Hill District No. 3, and Fort Mill District No. 4 must be elected, to provide for staggering of the terms of all trustees and provide that the election of these trustees from these districts begins at the time of the general election of 1994.
