A JOINT RESOLUTION TO DECLARE THAT THE FEDERAL PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE ACT IS NOT RECOGNIZED BY THIS STATE AND SHALL NOT BE ENFORCED BY ANY UNITED STATES OR SOUTH CAROLINA OFFICIAL, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE UNLESS AND UNTIL THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT ISSUES AN OPINION THAT THE ACT IS NOT IN VIOLATION OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION.
