    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 38-71-1520, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS IN THE ACCESS TO EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE ACT, SO AS TO REVISE THE DEFINITION OF "EMERGENCY MEDICAL PROVIDER" TO INCLUDE ORAL SURGEONS AND DENTISTS LICENSED BY THE STATE BOARD OF DENTISTRY; AND BY ADDING SECTION 38-71-1545 SO AS TO EXCLUDE APPLICATION OF THE ARTICLE TO CERTAIN INSURANCE POLICIES. - ratified title
