A Concurrent Resolution to memorialize the President and the Congress of the United States to use their influence to convince President Mikhail S. Gorbachev, President of the U.S.S.R. to repudiate the infamous treaty imposed by Adolf Hitler and Josef Stalin which annexed the Baltic nations of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania to the U.S.S.R. and to remove the Soviet Union's blockade and opposition against those freedom-loving people who justifiably seek their independence.
