    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 8-21-310, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR FILING OR RECORDING A COMMISSION OF NOTARY PUBLIC OR OTHER PUBLIC OFFICE, LICENSE OR PERMIT TO PRACTICE ANY PROFESSION OR TRADE, OR NOTICE OF FORMATION OR DISSOLUTION OF A PARTNERSHIP OR PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION, SO AS TO CHANGE THE COST FOR THE FILING FROM TWO DOLLARS TO FIVE DOLLARS.
